My Project
Serving students from diverse backgrounds and providing engaging and informative text can sometimes be a challenge.
Investing in enhanced classroom reading materials and headphones will not only enrich the learning experience but also empower students to become more proficient and confident readers.
I am committed to providing a quality education and fostering a supportive learning environment. These items will help me enhance the reading resources available to students in my classroom by acquiring a variety of books, decodable texts, and headphones.
Some of the books are part of our curriculum which we only have the digital versions of, but there is nothing like holding a book in your hands! Headphones will allow students who are multilingual or unable to access a text independently the opportunity to listen to a text in order to give them access to grade level curriculum. The shelf will provide a space that students can store their books and access them easily when needed.
I truly appreciate all the help and assistance for helping my classroom purchase these resources which will support literacy development, promote independent learning, and accommodate diverse learning styles.
