My Students
We are a curious bunch of scholars. We come from diverse backgrounds with a variety of life experiences. Many of us receive free or reduced-price lunch, which is based on our family's low income.
We are always eager to contribute to our classroom environment.
We like exploring, asking questions, and using our ideas to work on projects, experiment with materials, build structures, and present our knowledge. We love to figure out how things work, research interesting topics, and share our own knowledge.
My Project
"Butterfly in the sky, I can go twice as high. Take a look. It's in a book." Lately, we have been reading the same books and texts causing my scholars to lose interest in Literacy Choice Time. They often ask for new texts to read and ELA games to play.
My students love reading!
I want to ensure their interest for reading continues to grow by providing them with new and fresh materials. My class is in need of new texts and activities that they can share with one another.
We are requesting a subscription to Scholastic Magazines and Language Arts Skills Boxes so that they can continue to build reading skills increase science and social studies knowledge, and engage with each other.
