Help me give my students the chance to learn the process of reading and writing. I do have a couple of similar items like these and the students love them, but I would like more!
Kindergarten students come in and are ready to learn. My students are ready to touch anything and everything that they can see. I love having a lot of different resources available to help cover all learning styles because my students are all very different.
Kindergarten students also need to be able to stay busy and you have to switch quickly so that problems do not occur.
Having items handy for them to work with, is what I have found to work the best. The problem is, that with a growing class, this gets difficult when you only have one resource to share. I would love to continue to grow my resources to ensure that all students have the ability to use different materials to help them learn.
My Project
I have a few items like these including puzzles and blocks that help the students learn how to read cvc and cvce words. They absolutely love them, but with a growing class, and the need to not share materials, these items have become difficult to use. I would like more of a variety of materials so that my students have the opportunity to learn is this fun way.
They can also have the chance to use them since I would have enough for each small group.
I also don't always like to use worksheets and have them stare at my smart board all of the time. These kinds of materials have been a blessing when trying to reach and engage all of my students. I would love to continue to grow my library of resources. Please help me get these items.
