My Project
My second grade students are still recovering in their phonics and reading from the loss of learning impacted by the 2020-2021 school year. The students are making great gains but these books and resources I will purchase from Teachers Pay Teachers will enhance our reading and phonics lessons. The resources I will purchase are complete with a phonics, vocabulary, and comprehension lesson to each book listed in my project. These resources and books are engaging and a great way to create reading lessons. My district currently does not have a reading program provided and I am responsible for finding every component of my lessons. Funding this project will not only enhance our learning environment but save me time on planning.
