My Project

New classroom rugs will help build a warm and inviting classroom experience for my Kinder-first graders.

I would love to have a rug for my students to sit on during our morning meeting and calendar times.

Having a rug to sit on is more comfortable when engaging with lessons and interacting with read-alouds.

I am currently creating a calming space in the classroom where students can go to work out emotions, sit and read, or play with sensory items. I would like to add an additional rug to this space to make it more comfortable and relaxing for students when interacting with the components of the calm down area.
