My Project
I am requesting Scholastic magazines for my first graders to learn to read in a different format. We have explored reading books in print, audio books, books on our computer and now we can explore a magazine.
My goals for this project are to put a magazine and a snack in each child's hand. We can explore the magazine articles together.
The students in my class are special because English is not a first language. Many are just coming to The United States for the first time. These students are learning quick and eager to learn.
These students are our future.
