Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Reading is fundamental to daily life. This project will give our classroom a much-needed boost to encourage learning and also make it engaging for my special education preschool students to reach their goals.
This is my first year in Englewood, and it is nice to be in a diverse learning environment.
Since I was young, I always wanted to be a special education teacher for students who have IEPs.
It has been a very challenging year. So one of my wishes is for my students to have their own materials. As of right now, we are studying the cycle of the butterfly, and I really do not have many such items as markers, crayons, or whiteboards. Also, my students would really love for you to donate sensory items for the students in my classroom. This will be helpful for their continued development, especially since I have students who are young and have IEPs who depend on visuals and sensory toys. I appreciate any support you can offer to change my students' lives. Thank you so much.
