This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

This school year, I will be teaching reading and writing to some pretty awesome fourth grade students! The students are very intelligent and learn in many different and unique ways!

Our neighborhood is one of the better neighborhoods in Midland, so we do not qualify for extra money for different classroom expenses.

Any little bit that can be provided, would be greatly appreciated! Our fourth grade parents are super helpful in the classroom when we need help, accomplishing different tasks as well!

My Project

These different games will help our classroom when we need to explore and practice specific skills during small group time. A lot of times, students are missing pieces of a skill and simply need to practice in order to understand and build fluency. These materials will be the bridge to fill the gap in our learning. We will be able to use them in class, intervention times, and after school tutorials. In addition, we will also be able to use these materials in order to enrich our learning by adding this to our lessons for partner work and independent practice.
