My Project

I currently have small flashlights that students use to read in the dark throughout the school year. Throughout different seasons and holidays in the school year(Halloween, Fall, Winter, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Spring Break, St. Patrick's Day, Summer, etc) I check out out related books and students are able to read in the dark with flashlights for fun! They love it and it is a fun way to get students engaged in reading! The handled flashlights have been well loved, but they are falling apart and the headlamps would make it easier for students to hold the book open and not allow the flashlight to be a distraction instead of a tool.
