My Students
My 1st graders are eager learners and need your help! They have a vast diversity in their home life. However, I want to help teach my students become independent readers no matter where they come from. My goal is to help them become lifelong readers who have a passion for reading. Please help my students by funding this project so they can become successful readers. My students work hard to overcome obstacles in their home lives, and I want to make their school life as comfortable as possible.
My Project
I want to create a school environment in my classroom that allows students to read in a comfortable setting so they can focus on improving their reading skills. They need to have a place that is independent and comfortable so they are not distracted by others or an uncomfortable body. Everyone needs a nice spot to curl up with a good book and read. These chairs and floor seats will help to create a better environment for reading, and they are easy to clean. My students will be able to use these chairs to improve their reading stamina so they can become fluent readers.
