This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students absolutely love reading fiction and non-fiction books of all kinds! They enjoy reading fables, folktales, comics, realistic fiction, and biographies just to name a few. I am so impressed with their zeal for reading. They read any chance they get: before school(if they arrive early), at recess, during independent reading time, and when they are done with their work. These books are going to be an absolute hit and will surely be enjoyed.
These texts will surely help them develop a love for reading and learn form the lives of others.
These books will also help them prepare for the next grade: third grade.
