This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These books will continue to enhance the print-rich classroom that I strive to create. It is important for students to be able to engage with physical texts because they have the ability to actually interact with the text instead of scrolling on a computer.
I hope that reading this book will give my students new perspectives on culture, relationships, gender dynamics, perseverance, compassion, and many other valuable life lessons.
Reading "A Streetcar Named Desire" will help students see that we all face problems and we all struggle in life and while there may not always be the outcome we hope for, we are strong enough to preserver
More than three‑quarters of students from low‑income households
