Reading FUNdations in Kindergarten!

Help me give my students books that will help them learn to love reading.

My Project

Kindergarten is a magical time where children are learning so much and making sense of their world. The reading abilities of my students can range from reading full books to not understanding what a letter is.

To help bridge this wide gap I am looking for books that will meet all my students where they are at.

This includes both decodable texts for those who are at the beginning of their reading journey, just learning to sound out words as well as chapter books for those who have mastered decoding and are working on comprehension and fluency. My goal with this project is to get appropriate books into the hands of my students and get them reading!
