My Students
I'm a teacher in a low-income, Title I school, and the kids need a lot. The students are faced with many challenges daily, either at home if they don't have food to eat or at school with daily challenges. I have a classroom full of loving and caring students!
My students have many challenges at home which I can not control, but I can control the situation at school.
The students grow so much in a year academically and socially. I am so excited to start this next part of the year with these wonderful students.
My Project
Working with all different grade levels is hard to find materials to use for academic and language learners. These specific materials will help all grade levels with reading, writing and speaking skills.
Differentiation of materials will be for all 3-5 students.
Vocabulary, fluency, decoding can all be used in these same materials. The students can take them home and bring back when they have mastered the passage and understanding. Reading and comprehension will be used for non-fiction massages. These will help ALL students succeed through this school year. Working together smarter!
