My Students

I have a classroom of 26 amazing students. They are dedicated, hard working and friendly towards me and each other. In our first week together I am impressed with their respect towards others. I watch them play together and make sure everyone is included. They are wanting to do their best and be successful in everything they do. I am so excited about the great year we have ahead of us learning and growing together! My 6th grade class rocks!

My Project

Because of schools shutting down for COVID and because of the constant in and out of students in quarantine.. kids are falling behind in reading. Some kids love to read and others don't- so they won't read. I would like to get more good, quality books on my shelves to get them reading. I have them working in book clubs and these books will help me! I added the white boards and folders so when a student is out of school, the items needed can be sent home. This will help so that papers and things don't get lost while students are working at home.
