My Project
The students from my school, urban Philadelphia, come to us from across the globe. While their parents and guardians set up home in a new country and culture, teachers are responsible for their education. They are amazing students who deserve to tools they need to move forward.
Explicit reading instruction will help all students reach their academic potential. Students need specific materials that allow them to learn reading in their target language. With your help, we can buy and build student portfolios, and multi-sensory tools to aide and build comprehension.
