This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Most of the novels in our school are outdated due to low funding. I want my students to be able to read old and new books in line with their interest as well as educational goals. These new novels would align with the interest of my diverse students and can be very beneficial when relating ones experiences to a novel.

I allow my students independent novel projects where they get to choose a novel or their choice and complete a project per marking period.

They would really benefit from these new age novels. My students and I will be very grateful for this donation.
