Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our previous donations have contributed to our student learning and reading readiness, and now more of our students are ready for buddy readers and guided reading groups or higher level texts within their groups. These materials are supportive of the reading development and comprehension. Through constant exposure and access to resources that meet students at their current abilities, students gain more confidence in their literacy development, motivating and engaging them in further learning. With your generous support, we provide students opportunities to gain independence and confidence within their reading skills.
