Help me give my students the opportunity to read a novel that will engage and challenge them, with a story about friendship which will implore them to learn about leadership and family dynamics.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students have varying abilities and start off at different reading levels. They are deserving to be challenged and exposed to literature that will engulf them and engage them to spark a love for reading. I love that my students are never quick to give up even when things get tough. Most students are not native English speakers and often have to utilize different resources. The students use individualized educational plans and work their hardest to ensure they remain on task and are close to the pace of the peers. Reading the book, A Land of Hope, will challenge them and motivate them to lead lives of their greatest potential.
