My Project

I have always tried to convey to my students how reading can transport you to many places and adventures through their imagination.

I want to inspire my students to take a magic carpet ride on a comfortable rug and bean bag when they read their favorite books!

Students are given independent reading time during the day to explore the world through reading their favorite books. A new carpet and bean bags would lend to the magical aspect of their imagination as their book characters transcend them to far away places and exciting explorations.
