Reading Books, PDF's and Supplies For Students Who Struggle!

Help me give my students Orton Gillingham decodable readers set 1 and set 2 in PDF format, decodable readers in set 1 printed, a spelling book and sensational weighted sand.

My Students

I am a first-grade teacher in a wonderful school in Wisconsin. My students are very special, and I just love going to school every day to see the sparkle in their little 5- to 8-year-old eyes. I also get to connect with students of various ages during and after school. I truly have the most special job in the world and treasure every day with my students! My students love to read, pretend, and imagine. They are curious and love to learn! We participate in, and they love so many fun activities throughout the year, and our hope is to add even more. My students are amazing!

My Project

My students are the best students in the world, and they absolutely devour books! I want to have plenty of great books for them to read! In this project, I am requesting fantastic decodable readers to help my students learn and practice phonics skills, using the Orton Gillingham approach that I have been studying and using with them both in small and whole group instruction. I am also requesting a spelling book and sensational weighted sand that is two different colors to practice multi-sensory letter learning.

These wonderful readers have controlled vocabulary and concept words which will help my students to grow in confidence and reading ability.

My students are super excited about reading and are learning to be better readers every single day! I have students at various levels of reading ability, so having a nice variety of learning materials is very helpful for my hard working first-graders. These wonderful books, in both print and PDF form, will be perfect for my students! We will be able to practice both fluency and comprehension skills with these decodable readers. They will just love getting these wonderful books for our classroom! Please help them with this mission, by giving them amazing books to read! These books and supplies will be used over and over again for years and years. Thank you so much for your support!
