This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The goal of this project is to facilitate at home Spanish reading for my students by providing books for them to read at home. These collections of books in Spanish also will give an opportunity for parents who cannot afford to buy books a chance to help their students.
Many of my students don’t have books to read at home.
This project will help them to have the opportunity to take books home and read. This will involve their parents and it will be a great opportunity to increase children's academic success, vocabulary development, attention, and job attainment.
