Reading and Writing Our Way to Success

My Project

My students are part of an alternative program in Charleston, SC. They are placed with us because they struggled with behaviors in their homeschools. We offer them a loving, supportive, and compassionate environment to teach them the skills they need to restore back to their home schools with success.

Due to the fact we are considered an alternative program, we do NOT get Title I funding to support our needs.

I would greatly appreciate the help in setting them up at the start of this school year with a binder for ELA to help teach them organization and to provide them with a portfolio of their hard work.

I would also love to start them off by reading a highly acclaimed novel by the amazing author Kwame Alexander. I think they will love Crossover!
