Our school-wide mascot and PBIS matrix is “Eagles SOAR”. We help our students to practice Safety, On task, Accept responsibility, and Respect. Part of the PBIS system is to offer intrinsic rewards for positive behavior. We write tickets for students caught SOARing to go in a raffle for a treat if their name is called. We also set weekly goals that are rewarded if achieved. Any student that earns all weekly goals in the month gets invited to the monthly school wide SOARebration. All of these items are funded by teachers, staff, and administration. We would love help in rewarding our students for good work and behavior. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement. The stress balls with motivational sayings will help them focus and remind them of positive self talk. The edible items will be used as incentives for hard work and good behavior.
