My Project

We use dry-erase markers constantly. Whether for starting our morning meeting with a word game, writing our phonics rules and spelling words, or solving math equations, we use our dry-erase markers all throughout our day.

And my students love them!

Something about a dry-erase marker seems to help some of the more anxious students to begin a new assignment. The fun of drawing on a whiteboard makes a student excited to engage in new learning.

And these phonics read-alouds are awesome. They match our phonics curriculum so well and seem to really click with my students. I start by reading them out loud to the whole class. Then my students always ask to read them on their own, reading and rereading the wonderful stories.
