My Students

My students are very energetic, loving, and caring! They are truly thoughtful and care about each other. My students face many challenges in their daily lives; however, they don't allow outside factors to affect their learning. They just keep striving to work toward a bright future by learning as much as they are able to.

Learning is very important to my students, and they have the drive to keep improving their academics.

They are like little sponges who do not stop soaking up knowledge. They take great pride in their own education. It is so amazing to watch my students enjoy learning and wanting more!

My Project

My students love to listen to books during our reading centers. Having MP3 players will allow them to listen to a story while following along with the books. Incorporating this technology, my students will become more familiar using different devices and new ways to read a story. This will help connect Reading with Technology. This will be a task they will be able to do independently and reread sections or text at their own pace. With listening to reading, students will also be able to understand how to use expression while reading. Students will be able to learn new words that maybe hard for them to decode on their own.
