Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

The books, ink and wobble seats in this project would be wonderful additions to our classroom! My students absolutely love read alouds and there are a multitude of book series in this project that would allow me to read longer books to my students.

I believe it is extremely important to expose students to a variety of books!

Recently, my students have loved listening to chapter books and longer books. It gives them something to look forward to listening the following day. They are always so excited to see what is going to happen next in the stories we are reading together as a class.

This project also includes some materials that can be added to our classroom library to make it more comforting and welcoming to my students. These materials include organization and flexible seating.

My students would LOVE to have these materials in our classroom.
