This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I love seeing my students engaged in reading and counting activities. Having different learning styles is challenging and needs more creativity in the classroom. These tactile numbers match-ups and letter crayons word building center will help them learn in a meaningful way and feel successful in their assigned tasks.

Discovery during the learning process requires the manipulation of learning materials inside the classroom.

Physical tools of teaching will engage learners visually and physically with manipulative objects. Having reading and counting materials at the 1st-grade level will enhance reading and math instruction, yielding high academic achievement among learners.
