My Project

I have such an adorable class this year and they are so eager to learn and explore in their kindergarten classroom! I was recently advised to add a technology center to my classroom and attempted to use what the school had on hand. Sadly, these are antiquated and I really want my students to have all that they need to succeed. A teammate of mine has Amazon Fire tablets for her students and is very happy with their performance and the user-friendly format.

I have readers at all levels of instruction and am really excited to start them on two wonderful reading instruction/practice apps to support what I teach in our small group instruction lessons.

Having these tablets will allow students to access only the apps I have loaded on the tablets. They will also have the opportunity to develop some independence as well as develop some introductory skills in technology! Both are necessary for children at this age in education!
