My Project

My Title I students at our High School in Phoenix, Arizona are diverse, resilient, and with your help, about to discover how much they love to read!

I want to give my Title I teens the chance to find themselves between the cover of a book as they discover the joy of independent reading!

Please help me update my classroom library so that there will be an accessible, high-interest title for even my most reluctant readers!

Developing reading stamina is linked to increased test scores and confidence across the curriculum. In the post-pandemic era, student engagement has been at an all time low, and I want to do my part to turn that around by introducing my kids to page-turning titles hat are relevant, timely, and gripping.

Thank you for helping me fund a reading library to inspire every learner and rekindle the joy of life-long reading and learning.
