My Project

My students are building their confidence in reading. They love graphic novels like Dog Man and Cat Kid that give them pictures to help them with comprehension.

My students love animals!

National Geographic books give my students some non-fiction book choices to learn about animals. These books will be cherished and loved in our class.

Students know when they complete their work early to grab a library book and read quietly while their classmates finish their work. This gives them a variety of books to read that are on their level that interest them.
