My students are a great group of students who work hard to succeed. My students come from a wide variety of different backgrounds and early childhood experiences.
The diversity in our school makes it a fun and exciting place to grow and learn.
Our school has Universal Breakfast so that each child can start the day with a healthy breakfast. My students are hard workers, who work together to make a difference each day in the classroom and in the community.
My Project
This project is designed to introduce students to diverse situations in our world and the importance of all cultures and ethnicities working together to make the world a better place.
The books in this project will be used as both mentor texts and independent reading text.
We will have whole group and small group discussions, and then students will be given time to reflect independently on what they learned and what action steps they can take to make the world a better place. The composition books, mechanical pencils, and erasable pens will be used by students to make the writing fun and colorful. This project is going to make a difference!
