My Project

Our classroom lost all of the wonderful literature collected through the years because of the Maui Wildfires. The selected books are for the third grade students to read as some of their first chapter books.

Our class library is being reestablished through this project in hopes of giving students an avenue to normalcy as their lives slowly return to what they remember.

Including art and writing into their daily schedules will also help them to express themselves and give an indication of any issues they may be experiencing. The students are so resilient and grateful that it helps to provide them with reading resources.
