Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I love working with children with special needs, we laugh together, cry together, and learn together. Your donation will provide reading, and writing materials, as well as snacks for positive reinforcement. We need easel pads, markers, alphabet books, and tactile upper and lowercase letters. We also need edible reinforcers such as M&M's, Skittles, Goldfish, and fruit snacks. These materials will make a difference in building literacy and reading skills, the tactile letters are helpful to students with sensory needs. The scented markers are helpful to motivate students learning. The edible reinforcers will be a great incentive for success.
