My Project

My students are so enthusiastic about reading, and we've bonded over our love of all kinds of different book characters. The students light up when they see new books, especially in series they love with beloved book characters they've come to know. We have so many books to read in the library, we're always getting more cozy seating, and now I want my students to have some book "buddies" to read with. These buddies are plush characters from some of their favorite books.

From Harry Potter to Elephant and Piggie, I can't wait to see the joy on my students' faces when it's reading time and they can choose from an assortment of plush book buddies!

My students of all ages and of all differing abilities will love to see their favorite characters in plush form. This is just one more way to build the joy of reading!
