My Students
My students need these fourteen adventurous and engaging bilingual books that will help them soar in reading and activating their higher order thinking skills. The books requested will help provide practice, assessment, and preparation. They will be able to delight in learning about new people and places
My students are hungry readers that desire to learn in order to engage their world and grow in comprehension and cultivation.
The sky is limitless when their imaginations are set on fire.
I am privileged to teach eager students that are ready to learn. I am a bilingual fifth grade teacher, and I desire to enhance their lives with a determined purpose for success. Sure, they are in a low poverty area; nevertheless, they are surrounded with visionary teachers and a committed administration that will stop for nothing to see them rise to the top.
My Project
My students will read to succeed and use the books and dictionaries to help them better understand inferences, summary, and organizational patterns. In addition, they will use the books to make real life applications and help them connect to the text and the world around them.
This project will make a great difference because the resources are bilingual and will engage students both in their primary and secondary languages.
My classroom will have the necessary tools to help my readers achieve their goals and set their futures.
With a turn of the page, they can make an inference, predict an action, or detail a conflict, all with the purpose of helping them reach the next step!
