My Project

Kids grow up listening to a story on a parent's lap. In the classroom, students are listening to a read-aloud from their teacher. This project will provide an opportunity for my kindergartners to listen to stories in an independent, small-group reading center. The comfortable headphones will be just the right size for my young learners while they enjoy a set of Fairy Tales Read-Alouds.

Listening to stories will enhance the reading experience for my kindergartners as they see themselves as readers and prepare them for being lifelong readers.

I am excited for them to have the opportunity to enjoy stories in a comfortable setting again and again.
