This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Reading can open a world of opportunities to students. Students who read earlier develop an interest that can carry them throughout their lifetime. But not all students like the same books. Help me to expand my classroom library so that all of my students can find books that they like.

Reading opens the imagination to opportunities that a child never knew existed.

These books will be the window into the world for my young scholars. I am excited to guide them through their journey into literature. These books will be the bridge between what they have to read and what they have discovered they love to read.
