Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My students are gifted children who enjoy learning in different methods. I strive to make their educational journey as adventurous as possible. Some of my students are low income and I am trying to have them experience as much as they can in as many different ways as possible. Students need to be given a chance to read and grow their love of learning. With giving the students more materials to work with and explore, they will strengthen not only their reading skills but also develop a love for reading. I want students to come to school wanting to learn and come back tomorrow.

My Project

By purchasing these materials my students will be given an opportunity to use what they are learning in class by using those skills to read more. My goal is to reach students through the adventures in books. The more I can show the students and give them reading materials, the better chance they will grow a love of learning and reading. My goal is to use the readers in the classroom in multiple subjects to show students how reading is connected to every subject the students will encounter in their life. “The More they Read the More the Know, the More they Know the More they Grow!
