This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students love reading, whether it is taking advantage of silent reading time or listening attentively to a read aloud. I’ve included books for our classroom library in my materials list. I want to have more books of interest and of their reading level for them to have a variety to choose from. These books will also help them complete their daily reading and summary homework assignment. I’ve also included labels and tape in the materials list that I will put on the spines of each book to organize the library by genre.
