Help me give my students some new books for book clubs to expand their reading skills, new clipboards/whiteboards and new headphones to improve their independent and partner work in class.
My students are an amazing group of second graders. They are in a Dual Immersion program learning the French Language. They are motivated to do all they can to learn this year. They need your help.
Our supplies in our classroom need to be replaced and added to for more efficient learning to happen.
The headphones are old and a lot of them won't work. It would be great to get new ones so they can do independent learning with volume on their Chromebooks at the same time. Their whiteboards are scratched, broken, and marked up so much that they have limited use of them. They would love to have new ones to not share and be able to see what they write on them during reading lessons and phonics. Lastly, the students have grown so much in their independent reading skills, I would love to have some new books they can use in book clubs to keep challenging them and to increase their vocabulary and background knowledge. It will also help their growth to continue in more challenging and exciting ways.
These students deserve the best and these items would be so helpful for them to continue to push through for the remainder of the school year. Please help them soar past their goals in their learning!
