My Project

Help me give my reluctant readers books, book lights, and a Big Joe chair to help motivate them to read and increase their fluency.

These resources will provide my students with a fun, engaging way to continue learning to read while relaxing with our lights out.

Having a calm body and calm mind is essential for learning. I want to decrease my students' anxiety about reading and show them that reading can be fun and relaxing. Students will use the chair as an area to destress and enjoy the fun of reading. We will add easy to read books to our classroom library.
