This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Scholastic News and Science Spin will be read daily individually, in small groups, whole group, and with parents at home to engage all of my students with high-interest articles to pique their curiosity and meet the rigorous requirements in reading.
Understanding how the world works, the history behind the stories, and applying new knowledge to their lives is what makes Scholastic News and Science Spin a MUST HAVE in my classroom!
When I see my students get excited about pulling out their magazines or logging into their ipads to read or watch videos, I feel confident about my choices of materials for them.
