My Project
" The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you'll go." -Dr. Seuss. In this project, I am asking for a variety of Dr. Seuss books, erasers, pencils bookmarks, and candy to help us celebrate Read Across America week.
My students will be able to pick two books, an eraser, a pencil, and a bookmark to keep to celebrate Read Across America Week.
I chose a variety of books for my students to choose from where they will be able to pick two books to keep and take home. Some of the books I chose are my favorites such as Green Eggs and Ham, Cat In The Hat, Oh The Places You Will Go, and several other early reader books. I chose pencils and erasers as additional gifts that they will keep in their desks to use on a daily basis. I thought that they would also enjoy a bookmark to use in books to keep their spots.
I am asking for the M&Ms because I make a special chocolate pretzel treat called green eggs and ham. I need green M&Ms to act as the green eggs in the treat. Each student will be able to get a few of the pretzel treats during our celebration.
