Our students will be setting reading goals, based on their individual needs, and determine the lead measures (specific steps they will take) they will use to achieve their goals.
Please help us provide our students with the tools they will need to set and track Reading Goals throughout the year!
The ink will be used to print graphic organizers and tracking sheets to help them show the weekly completion of their lead measures. They will use the pens to keep their tracking organized according to which measures they are meeting. The laminate will be used to create Reading Is Thinking resources that will be sturdy enough to last the whole year, through multiple goal cycles. The clipboards will be used to help them work flexibly throughout our classroom in areas where they can best be successful. The flashlights will be used to keep them motivated during special flashlight reading times. All of their work will be kept in the folders.
