Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This project benefits a high-needs school in STEM. I will use the reusable dry erase pockets to cut down on paper waste. The clear boxes will allow my students to access materials in an organized fashion. The puzzles will be available to challenge early finishers. Finally, the gift cards to Teachers Pay Teachers will allow me to supplement my instruction in both English and Spanish to make their learning more accessible.
My Bilingual and English learners benefit from visual models and cues, which can be facilitated through graphic organizers and doodle notes purchased from Teachers Pay Teachers.
Graphic organizers and Doodle notes are a great way to organize their ideas while making it engaging and entertaining in both English and Spanish.
