Our classroom is a place where learning occurs every single day! Even more than that, it is a place where my students want to come to school and learn. I strive to create this type of safe environment for all of my students, and I feel like when they leave this goal has been accomplished.
The supplies from this project, such as the markers, craft pins, batteries (to operate some of our stand-alone tech) and pens will allow students to continue creating amazing things in the classroom and experimenting while displaying their results.
In addition, students sometimes come to school hungry because of the early start time of our day. Whether they oversleep and miss breakfast, or are in such a rush, they neglect to eat; I want to ensure that I always keep snacks available for them in the case they need something. The items such as crackers, pretzels and fruit snacks (among much more), will allow students to always have what they need at any time, so they can focus on their work and always do their best!
