RCHS Students Need Sculpture Materials

Help me give my students paint pens, annealed wire, sculpture wire, and more items to ensure paper mache and other 3D projects are highly detailed and visually interesting!

My Project

My school is extremely unique. Every student I teach has applied and interviewed for a spot in our school. My kids are excited to learn, explore, and try new things. RCHS students love exploring three-dimensional art and my hope is to provide more opportunities for them to do that. By tailoring my curriculum to their interests, I can improve their art class experience. The first project these materials will be used for is a paper mache unit. These materials - paint pens, glitter, wire, and assorted tools - will allow students to get creative with detailing their paper mache lapel pins, hanging mobiles, or sculptures.

My kids represent some of the smartest, most creative young people in the city of Richmond.

Their ambition and drive inspire me daily. My hope is that the experiences they have in art class propel their intellectual curiosity.
