My Project

Since 2014, our robotics program has seen consistent growth in the size and commitment of our team, and in our achievement at the FIRST Robotics Competition.

We are part of an urban, public school and are committed to creating an equitable and non-cost-prohibitive program for our students.

Sponsor contributions keep the program active and accessible to all of our student members. Please help us keep our promise to our students and our program to grow.

Having the right materials is one of the first steps in building a great robot, and every year, we need raw materials to construct our increasingly complex designs. These sheets of aluminum and polycarbonate are perfect for building robots - they are lightweight, versatile, and flexible. Using what they are learning about manufacturing and (safely) using a variety of tools, students will cut, drill, and bend these sheets into mechanisms perfectly suited to the physical task that our robot will complete.
