My Students

My pre-k students are the most incredible people! At 4 years old they have faced so many challenges in life, despite these challenges they still come to school every morning with a smile on their face, ready to learn.

My students are all coming from families that are at least 250% below the poverty level.

Every child at our school is given 3 meals a day. School is my students' safe place. These kids are 4 years old and are already AMAZING!

My Project

These items cover a broad array of needs in our classroom. The dinosaurs that we have in our classroom are well loved and well overdue for being retired. Our students will use these new dinosaurs daily during our work time to help their imaginations roar, I mean soar. We have a supply of KN95 masks, but the students find them very uncomfortable and do not enjoy wearing them. With the new child size masks, we can help keep each other safe daily. Last year our classroom, was gifted a Cricut machine. By having the heat press, we can help our students’ projects come to life with actually being able to press the items they choose to cut out with the machine.
